Possibly the worst car rental experiencePros:The Europecar phone operator was polite and professional.Cons:We booked a car online and recieve a confirmation #and pickup point. After traveling to the pickup point, the office was closed, so we called the help number in the email, which was not operational. We called the number on the office door, which went to the car company office. They didn't have a car ready for us, but if we had booked directly with them, they would have, but the car pickup is on the other side of the old town! They said we could go to the airport to get the car that we had rented, but at this point we had spent most of the morning trying to make this work and we just have up and took the train.Reviewed 27 May 2018
