Pros (+) The staff was kind and polite
Cons (-) I specifically requested a non-smoking room because of health issues. I was given a room in a building where, even though the sticker on the door states non-smoking if was definitely a smokers room, complete with ash tray and all. But it was supposedly their last room. Very disappointed. But it was late and I needed a place. Apparently there is a different building that is truly for non smokers.
Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean. Denny's on the same lot, so a short walk to a meal.
Cons (-) Bad area, but we stayed there for the cheap price, so you can't expect much. The room was clean, but very bare-bones, no art or decor. No shampoo or conditioner in the room, and no late checkout available.

Cons (-) room was smokey, everybody staying there seemed to be smoking right outside of their room. Truly a no-frills experience. Wifi isn't free and didn't work right when paid.

Cons (-) The mattress and noise levels due to the closeness of the I-5 freeway
