We came down to run the cape cod marathon and the location was perfect. Our reservation was mixed up because we added a second night A couple days prior. Allison at the front desk sorted it out and put us in a cottage room that worked would wonderfully for our stay. Check out with Devon was simple and easy! The rooms were very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. If visiting Falmouth or registered for a future marathon weekend, consider Inn on the Square!
Convenient & Affordable
Great location. Convenient to braces, Woods Hole ferries & downtown Falmouth
The lock on our door was broken
Staff tried to be helpful.
Hotel was under renovation and it as dusty and dirty, to the point of making us sick from the dust. We wish we were told before hand about the renovation. The air conditioning was not working, and overall condition of the hotel was poor.
Price was right for what it is.
Pool was closed on 4th of July weekend due to facility-wide renovations. Wouldn't a cape cod hotel do their renovations in the off-season? The draw of a pool was part of the reason I had booked this motel in advance.
Okay for one night stay
Staff was friendly and accommodating
Facility under construction; limited amenities.

The rooms were OK for the money. Older and a little run down. Looks like some quest may be living thier. No hair dryer, clock or iron in room these items may get stolen offen. Will not stay here again.
Convenient, but didn't sleep a wink
I was super relieved to find a room on the Cape in the summer even though we booked it just a few days in advance. The staff was very nice when we were checked in. Everything was clean. Everything went smoothly.
Beds weren't very comfortable, and it was just really noisy. Loud guests, and noise from the street just made it hard to sleep.
