Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and the ferry. The staff received positive mentions for being helpful, welcoming, and accommodating, especially during busy or challenging situations. Several guests appreciated the comfort of the beds and the overall coziness of the rooms. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding their rooms clean and others noting issues like musty smells or areas needing a deeper clean. Noise was occasionally mentioned, especially for rooms facing the street or with thin walls, but did not dominate the overall experience. While a few guests noted the hotel felt outdated or had maintenance issues, the positive aspects of location, service, and comfort stood out.
