Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Florence's main attractions. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests highlighted the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Some noted the spaciousness of the accommodations. However, a recurring drawback mentioned was the lack of an elevator, which made access challenging, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive, with many guests recommending the hotel for its excellent value and welcoming atmosphere.
