Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the train station and city attractions. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, several guests found the rooms to be small, and there were repeated complaints about noise from trams and poor soundproofing. The breakfast was also mentioned as lacking in variety and quality by a few reviewers. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment was positive due to the convenience and service provided.AI-generated from customer reviews
