Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were highly satisfied with their stay at the hotel. The staff received frequent praise for their friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness. The hotel's location was highlighted as very convenient, close to attractions and public transport. Cleanliness and comfort, especially of the beds and rooms, were consistently mentioned as positives. Breakfast was generally appreciated, though a few guests found it could be improved. Some minor issues with noise and room size were noted, and one guest reported a serious service incident, but these were exceptions to otherwise positive feedback.
