Most guests were highly dissatisfied with the cleanliness, reporting frequent sightings of roaches, bugs, dirty bathrooms, and unpleasant odors. Several reviews also mention maintenance issues, such as broken locks, leaking ceilings, and stained bathtubs. While some guests appreciated the convenient location and found it easy to access, the overall experience was marred by poor hygiene and subpar service. A few guests noted positive interactions with staff or appreciated amenities like pet-friendliness and video surveillance, but these were overshadowed by the negative aspects.
