Cons (-) Air conditioning was poor. Had to move rooms because the fan was broken. My colleague was too hot in his room and could not turn the temperature down below 23 degrees. It’s set that way!!

Overview
Centrally located in a historic 19th-century palazzo, this award-winning design student residence has been fully renovated and features a rooftop pool with panoramic views of Florence. Its vibrant communal spaces reflect the multicultural community, and residents have access to high-speed free Wi-Fi as well as a designer study lounge, fitness area and a games room equipped with musical instruments.
Just a 15-minute walk from the University of Florence and the Academy of Fine Arts, residents can also explore the city with free use of the designer bikes available on site. Multilingual staff at the residence are on hand to help at the 24-hour reception.
Fully-equipped with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, each room at TSH Florence Lavagnini features marble floors, and residents have access to a shared kitchen pantry and communal kitchen.
