Pros (+) The building looked beautiful, and it was close to the Tuscan country side. Staff was very helpful and the food was really good.
Cons (-) There isn't really much negative things to say here, however I would improve the shuttle service to different locations, ex the Terminal. Also, TV has to have more English channels , that helps relax ...
