Pros: We liked the most the location, was super close to the beach, it was a really clean place, pretty good food.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Great service and every little detail appeared to have been thought of. Beautifully maintained old villa with lots to see and do nearby.

Pros: Small pool - more like a plunge than a swim. Breakfast was lovely. Room was on the small side, but details were impressive

Pros: A lovely old property but well kept The staff were impeccable, breakfast a delight and the location very good for getting the best of the island

Pros: Its a beautiful place, with a lovely garden and great staff. The rooms are really special, the beds are great and we loved the hotel.

Cons: Taxi service coordinated by the receptionist was a rip off. This seems to be a well coordinated business for their mutual benefit, not for the hotel guests.

Pros: Staff were very helpful. Although we tried to speak Portuguese, some of the staff spoke English well which helped. The hotel was clean and breakfast was nice. There are some nice restaurants in walking distance.

Cons: We didn’t realise that we would have to get two buses to most of the beaches. Wasn’t a problem for us but check the location of where you want to be on the island

Cons: no black tea available on breakfast buffet is one thing, but when asking 3 different waiter for it and all leave and never return is bad and shows the spirit / attitude of the stuff breakfast room to small, we needed to wait for a free table dusty/dirty under the furniture there are cheaper options next door where i would be more lakely to overlook these obsticles

Pros: Breakfast excellent. The only think that tje gym was offered in internet; and no gym in the hotel. Everything ok!!!

Cons: could not get the remote for the ac to work at all, ac was either on or off. stairway was dirty, obviously not intended for guests. overall decor was meant to look modern but was very cheaply done in my opinion

Cons: When we arrived on 14 June morning, this guy at the reception ( I didn't get his name, but he's got tattoo on his neck and left arm) was just there in the reception while we were standing there in front of him. He did not say anything, did not welcome us, so we were just waiting. He was reading something on his desk. We were very sure that he saw us there in front of him because he was not blind. After waiting for about one minute, we finally said "BOM DIA !" , then he said "Oh hello bom dia." Worse, he gave us a bad room, with non-functioning air-conditioning at Room 707. This guy should undergo re-training by the hotel supervisors. This is a serious recommendation. On our check-out on 16 June, I informed Mr. Bruno about this experience and he promised he would inform the Manager about this unfortunate incident with the Tattoo Guy. Blue Tree Hotel is an excellent Brazilian hotel chain. It would be unfair that your hotel will be ruined by the bad behavior and manner of Tattoo Guy !

Cons: You cannot walk directly to the beach from the hotel. Not much around the hotel (restaurants, etc.)

Cons: Jacuzzi wasn't working and in winter it would make sense to have hot water. It's quite remote so you need your own car or else have to get local transport which can be quite costly. Nothing really around to do apart from look at view so when it's bad weather not the best spot.

Pros: The apartment was even better than expected and the resort was great.

Cons: A comfortable lounge bar somewhere on site would be nice. There are 2 pool bars and a very small ‘utilitarian’ disco bar. Nowhere to chill with a pre or post dinner drink.

Pros: The location of the resort is very good, with many open door activities (like tracks and surf) and a amazing beach. Very good for familys.

Cons: The room does not have a blackout on the windows and the village 14 (where our room was located) was very far from the restaurant and the pools.

Cons: Bed and bath linens poor quality, the entire place is very run down and needs to be updated, food is mediocre.

Cons: Hotel needs renovation. We had to make a reservation for dinner personally at the desk. As the hotel is quite big, it was a bit uncomfortable to go there just for that.

Noise bedroom, all noise from street is listened inside, it is like sleeping on the strees HORRIBLE AC didn't work Toilet didn't work properly, called several times to get it fixed but nothing happened Elevator was broken 2 out of the 3 days we stayed there, we had to use stairs with our luggage A car is needed to visit the ciry, but thr hotel cjarges 30$R per day

Cons: They didn’t care about the guests! Restaurant have a poor menu, sauna 50 celsius and no phone to emergency in that hot room? The bath towels are very old, thin and rough! The price don’t match with that this hotel offer!

Pros: 1- space is good, nice facilities, good pool, fair gym, direct access to the beach

Cons: There should be a supervisor to take care of details such as: my bathroom door wasn't closing properly and there was no grouting in the toilet seat

Cons: The room with 2 beds was not ready but was booked, the air conditioning was not working at all. They didn't change our room on the first day. On the second day they offered another room. At the breakfast they confused us with other customer and wanted to charge us, then they called to apologize.

Pros: I was there for the half marathon and the hotel anticipated breakfast for the runners. We arrived early in the morning and the hotel gave us early check in. About 1km from the beach. Very confortable bed.

Pros: The staff from the breakfast was awesome. My kid is alergic to milk proteine, so my wife has to be on milk proteine free diet. They suggested a tapioca, that was not in the buffet, so we did not had any trouble!

Cons: When we get into the room there was a Crocrouch on the curtain. I had to kill it! There is only one elevator and it is small!

Pros: Nice setting with private garden and pool. Close to airport, which is what we were looking for. Great value for money. The pizza place up the road was excellent.
