Pros (+) Bed was comfortable very nice room love that I could cook
Cons (-) Tub wasn’t draining the water room smell like someone just cooked or burn something overall I would stay there again minus the clog tub and the smell

Cons (-) It took 45 minutes to get the shuttle, I had to call the hotel 3 times. The coffee maker didn't work properly and there was no iron.

Cons (-) When I arrived my reservation had been cancelled because they tried to charge an unknown card and phone #, though my Amex card was just charged the full cost. The hotel was then full, so I had to find other lodging after arriving late at night due to delayed flights. I will never use Candlewood again.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and very helpful - my family has allergies to animals and perfumes; the hotel uses scented air fresheners but we were able to find the least scented room and our stay was all good.
