Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly, it had a full kitchen, laundry, and a place you can borrow movies and board games, you have your own 5-stat, and there is a DVD player and cable with free WiFi.
Cons (-) There was dog feces on the floor next to our bed, the people above us were walking/running all night from 8:00 pm until around 4:30am, then started back up at 6:00am, the ceiling squeaked very loudly the pans and utensils were dirty, the floor could have been vacuumed better. The hotel can't help the people above us, so this may be a moot point, I am just being as honest as possible.
