Pros (+) It was the cheapest option in the area. That's it. If you're used to roughing it and desperate to save $10 a day, go ahead. Don't bring your kids.
Cons (-) The other tenantes were drug dealers, homeless, or down on their luck users. Domestic abuse left and right. Drugs being dealt in the open. The room was dirty, damaged, and outdated. The shower sprayed a fine mist of a broken spray bottle.
