The room was disgustingly filthy. I stayed in a pet friendly room and spilled some water on the floor. When I wiped it up with a towel, the towel came up black with dirt. It was clear no one had washed the floor in a long time. Their was also hair in the bathroom corners and stuck to the door jam.

Cons (-) Upon arrival I was told I did not have a reservation. Despite showing front desk guy the confirmed reservation AND the charge from Best Western on my AmEx, he still was convinced I did not have a room. I ended up just paying to get a room so now I have paid twice for one night. The room was two twin beds as opposed to a single and there was some teenage party going on directly overhead.
