The hotel and staff were wonderful. Your parter, Traveluro however is terrible. I paid in advance for the trip after being referred to Traveluro from Kayak and had to pay a second time upon check-in because the virtual card number that Traveluro assigned to my payment was declined when the hotel tried to collect. Pros (+) Comfort and cleanliness of room.
Cons (-) Front desk staff were not helpful and more interested in reading their book. Water and plumbing issues were bad while there and no word or warning from management about problems.
