Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were highly satisfied with their stay at the hotel. The staff received frequent praise for their friendliness, helpfulness, and excellent service, especially towards families and children. The buffet-style meals were repeatedly described as delicious, varied, and plentiful. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with many guests noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. The pool and other amenities such as the playroom and karaoke added to the enjoyment, particularly for families. While some minor issues were mentioned, such as room size, bathroom odors, or buffet variety, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for repeat visits and recommendations.
