Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and ease of access to restaurants and attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including lack of staff presence, poor communication, and check-in/check-out difficulties. Cleanliness is also a concern, with several guests mentioning unclean rooms and poorly maintained facilities. The absence of breakfast and outdated amenities further detract from the overall experience. While the location is a strong point, improvements in service, cleanliness, and amenities are needed.
