Pros (+) All good at the Baymont. The staff was very accommodating when I made a mistake in my reservation. They showed concern from the receiving credit for the prepaid reservation. The credit came through on the loan and all is good.
Pros (+) Very friendly and attentive staff. Cheerful with a smile! Price is reasonable for quality delivered. Hotel was clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) A little difficult to locate the building. It is tucked behind the most expensive hotel in Galesburg.
Pros (+) I liked the overall layout of the room, but the couch made a difference, by making you feel more at home.
