Our room should not have been rented due to the condition it was in after suffering damage from the hurricane in July. The room smelled like bleach; there was visible water damage and paint sagging in the walls. All baseboards were pulled away from the walls, exposing more water damage and mold. Cons (-) lot's of things could have been better. We requested an ocean view room. We got a room directly behind Dennys. The parking area was filthy. Had lots of trash, and stains the ground. The TV didn't work. Went to ask about this issue at the front desk. The lady there said that they were working on the problem, and cable should be back on by later in the evening. It wasn't. Pros (+) The floors in the room were not nasty carpet like in most all hotels. The room smelled clean. The sheets and bed were very nice.

Pros (+) Wonderful location right on the seawall. Great breakfast, friendly staff, comfy pillows and beds.
