Some rooms do not have internet access. I was on the phone with their IT department every day of my visit and they confirmed this is a known issue. I was in contact with the front desk on this issue multiple times a day. Nothing was done. Be sure you are aware of this if internet access is important to you.

The elevators were horribly slow, complimentary breakfast didn’t have great options if you were vegetarian. There was an entire police conference which was really uncomfortable.

Pros (+) Location was fantastic
Cons (-) The beds were very hard. The bathroom could have been cleaner. I also didn't expect to have well worn towels and very old soap (had brown spots all over it if in enclosed package).

Pros (+) Staff was nice. Walking distance.
Cons (-) Pool was under construction and the website should have told that. I chose that one because it had an indoor pool and hot tub and pause about $50 more a night since other hotels had seasonal ones that weren't open this time of year.
