Cons: The food at the Marriott was not worth the price. The salad was missing half the ingredients

Pros: Everything was wonderful and the price was also great
Pros: The outdoor area around the hotel and the pool. Of course the cookies were fantastic!
Pros: Great view of Mount Le Conte. Above, and away from all the activity in Gatlinburg. Very friendly, and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. The restaurant was very nice; good service, good food. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. And the cookies at the front desk!
Cons: We stayed for a week, most people/families don't, which means that there are a lot of rooms to turn over every day. House keeping has more than they can handle, and on two occasions our room was not cleaned until 5:00 P.M. Check in appears to take a while (that wasn't the case for us), not sure why.
Pros: It was very clean and staff was very helpful and nice
Cons: The pool had way too much chlorine all the kids were coughing and their eyes were burning but the area was very clean.
Pros: Everything we expected and then some. Staff was courteous, and rooms were quiet. Can't wait to come back again.
Pros: Pool and lounge facilities were top notch. Beautiful building. Amazing view. Because of the view though, you end up quite a ways outside of Gatlinburg proper. Also the bed was akin to a hammock, which my back objected to
Pros: The overall stay was great
Cons: The staff could be better
Pros: I loved how safe and welcoming The Park Vista is. The family pool area was outstanding! Enjoyed!
Cons: Ate dinner downstairs at the onsite dining area. Didn't care for the Greek Chicken w/Couscous. Very dry
Cons: We were told we would have two queen sized beds and received two full size beds. For paying as much as we did, not a very nice room at all.
Cons: Property is worn out and looks decades old in style. Just a very outdated atmosphere. Room did not get cleaned one day. Maid went in took his/her tip, barely took the trash out, and left everything as she/he found it.
Pros: When most lower rated hotels would offer a free breakfast we found few amenities. Very disappointed that even the popcorn was overpriced at $3 a bag -should have been free. Other than that the view was beautiful and a nice pool.

Pros: It was right where we needed to be to do all the great things in gatlinburg! It was clean and a nice place to stay! I will be going back!
Pros: Friendly staff. Good location.
Cons: Room was not completely clean prior to checkin. The manager had to come and clean up after the maids.
Pros: Everything was great. Had an awesome breakfast. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Short was from main strip in Gatlinburg.
Pros: Location and breakfast and room size
Cons: Not enough parking on site when full.
Pros: It was great. We came in from driving all night from Louisiana, and they let us check in early, once the rooms were clean. We were able to check in about two hours early, possibly even earlier, like I said, we were tired! :) Staff was friendly, housekeeping was great! Very close to all the attractions, and good views. We will definitely stay again our next time to Gatlinburg.
Cons: The pool area could have been cleaner. We did not swim, but would have if we were staying longer. I am not sure if it was in construction being this time of the year, but the fountain (??) area was not working and just looked sort of drab.

Pros: Loved the location. About 2 blocks from the start of the strip. Tucked away with every room with a creek view from the balcony.
Cons: WiFi spotty. Had to be on the balcony to have a connection and even then dropped signal frequently
Pros: I liked that my room was by the water. The location was great downtown was right up the street. The hotel breakfast was AMAZING.
Cons: There is no basketball court, there is a goal. You had to pay to play racquetball- which I didn't like.

Guests can splash around at the outdoor pool or indoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. A fitness center and a seasonal outdoor pool are offered, and in-room conveniences include refrigerators and microwaves.

Guests can take a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool, and free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 7 AM and 10 AM. Rooms at this romantic hotel feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with fireplaces and balconies or patios.
Pros: I was very happy with the room I rented at the Econo Lodge Inn. The room was clean and very nice. I had no problems with anything in the room.
Pros: While this is an older hotel it was perfect for a nights stay. We were stopping in Gatlinburg for a night and we just wanted a room close to the main street. The hotel was about a block from the restaurants and shops. It was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave which was all we really needed. The bed was ok and it was quiet. Would've preferred a room with a king bed but that wasn't available. Which isn't the fault of the hotel. Parking was easy. The only thing I would say could've been a problem is that the room we were in was in a separate building from the main desk so it wasn't convenient to go to the front desk if we needed anything. Check in was fast and the gentleman working as very nice.
Pros: The hotel was ok. It was located in a perfect spot. It was close to the park and right by the Main Street through Gatlinburg. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a balcony which was nice but the view was of a parking lot. This is a good hotel if you don't plan to vacation at the hotel. We used it to sleep and spent the days at the park so it was perfect for us. Free breakfast was a plus but you got to get there early being that the dinning area is so small. I will stay here again.
Cons: The room and hotel were very basic and small. dinning area is very small so getting to the breakfast area early is a must. Hotel is a bit dated also. Nothing major is wrong with any of this and I would stay here again.

Pros: Balcony on the river, comfortable beds, indoor pool, fire pit
Cons: traffic noise
Pros: Staff was super friendly, breakfast every morning in the lobby was more than expected, and river views from room are amazing.
About two blocks from town, shops and dining. There is a trolly right outside hotel if you don't/can't walk a lot.
The stream sounds were fantastic!
Cons: When walking into the room for the first time it was damp. We turned the fan in the bathroom on and opened the balcony door for a bit to let it air out. It never really seemed to 'dry out' in the room. That's okay, there was so much to do in and around town, we mostly slept there.
You can hear traffic from parkway in the room.
Pros: Baymont Inn is a decent location just off the main drag which was nice as it was away from the majority of the noise and nightlife. The room was clean and had a fireplace and a patio. Everything in the room was spacious except for the bathroom. Breakfast was good and they kept it stocked throughout.
Cons: All rooms are accessed from the outside (no internal hallways). You don't have to go into the lobby to gain access to the stairs up to the room. The pool was warm however, it was over chlorinated like most hotel pools. Bathroom was very small and I could tell the place was slowly being updated. I think that the price for this hotel was a lot more than it should have been. This hotel would fit most people's needs its not the best nor the worst.
Pros: We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The room was great. Staff was very pleasant. We couldn't have asked for a better location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
Pros: I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Its literally by the water front, the room has an incredible view of the mountains and the local hotels are neat and the town is very tourist friendly, there are local trolleys to help you get around. It's beautiful and full of cute shops, definately worth exploring.
Pros: Beds are heavenly.
Cons: No bad comments
Pros: Very nice place and convenient to Gatlinburg and all attractions. Free breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We will stay here again.
Cons: It was a little hard at times to get in and out with all the traffic

Pros: The rooms are large and you don't feel like a sardine once everyone/everything is brought inside. They are really clean and nicely located. Everyone is really nice and helpful. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, but the Atrium next door is delicious and cheap! We will definitely stay again!
Cons: The breakfast wasn't very good. The biscuits were hard and eggs were dry. I wish they would have offered water in the breakfast room as well. Other than this everything was perfect. We just ate at the Atrium for breakfast
Pros: Super clean. Close to everything. Friendly staff.
Cons: Wifi is terrible, but that's not that important. I mean, come on! It's a vacation!
Pros: We were a young family with two small children and this was our first vacation. The room was clean and neat when we arrived. Staff was courteous and welcoming. Breakfast was a huge hit with our 3 year old:waffles, juice, eggs and sausage.
Cons: I did not like being in an adjoining room and the breakfast area was on the 4th floor.
Pros: Room was nicely furnished and clean. Bed was SUPER comfortable ! Free breakfast was good. Staff was courteous.
Cons: Jacuzzi tub motor was very weak.
Pros: location every thing was great we will be back soon family and friends will be coming there soon as well were telling every one how great every thing is.
Cons: ants and you took of them thank you.
Pros: Very close to everything in Gatlinburg.

Pros: The location was really great, if you were coming from the GSNP take the bypass and you were there. If your coming from PF, it's right as you come into town; very convenient to everything. The trolley stops there, so you don't have to drive into Gatlinburg. The rooms we clean and the whole staff was first rate. They actually had the best continental breakfast I've ever had, PLENTY of variety. Our daughter made a lot of new friends at the pool/slide.
Cons: The only thing that I didn't like was that the elevator made some popping noises. I'm not used to an elevator making any noises at all. We took the stairs, mostly out convenience and the fact that the elevator took forever.
Cons: Check in was delayed due to rooms not being cleaned. Staff was not friendly and didn't make us feel welcomed.

Pros: staff very nice, professional, helpful, n friendly. good housekeepers. nice continental breakfast. hotel is clean. nice mattresses and pillows. have been here before and will definitely come again.
Cons: the carpet had been recently cleaned in our room, must have used too much water, there was a very very musty almost moldy smell in the room. the fire alarm went off, we all evacuated, no fire dept showed up, no staff showed up, we just went back in when the alarm went off.
Pros: Decent options for breakfast. Friendly front desk. Location allows you to walk down the main strip.
Pros: The location was great
Cons: Our balcony did not face the river at all, it faced construction that kept us up all night. The shower curtain had mold on it and there was hair from previous guests still in the bath tub. There was a dried up paper towel stuck to our ceiling and in the peep hole on the door. The locks on the doors did not feel safe. The beds were so uncomfortable that our backs still hurt from sleeping on them. The breakfast in the morning did not make it with the stay at all. It seemed like a chore to walk from our room to the road every time we left the hotel. We only paid $36 a night to stay there, but I would never ever ever pay that much to stay there again!
Pros: It was in Gatlinburg.
Cons: It wasn't the building on the picture, the whole floor we were on was damp and reeked of mold and mildew and the beds were the worst I have ever slept on! I am still coughing and clearing my throat 1 day later! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Pros: Location was excellent. Walking distance to everything.
Cons: Hair in shower
Cons: Not very clean
Pros: Lots of room in the room. Could move around and not run into anyone else.
Cons: Curtains did not close. There was to much light for me at night. The couch was awful.
Pros: Hotel was very close to smokies national park and the town of gatlinburg. Could walk to restaurants around. Good rustic look to the room.
Cons: Limited parking. Only one car parking was allowed. We had two cars and had to park the other car in the paid parking.
Pros: On the river
Pros: The room was fine except for having the sewer back up into the toilet and having to move at 11pm. They didn't have another room but moved me to a suite in another hotel they owned
Cons: Having to move at 11pm with 2 kids
Pros: The staff was excellent, Extremely friendly and very helpful. Location was beautiful.
Cons: Hotel building needs to be updated. While there our door handle fell off. Building is showing its age and needs a good face lift! Pool was nice but showing a bit of wear and tear. Internet and TV kept going in and out of service. Connection issues.
Pros: Location is excellent. Breakfast was good. View to the river was nice...
Cons: Room wasn't clean 100%,
Pros: Quaint setting with decent pool for kids.
Cons: Second floor was tough with my handicapp husband

Pros: Comfortable beds with clean warm pillows, blankets and sheets. Nice room with all the usual amenities. breakfast was just adequate.
Cons: Could have been a bit more quite and clean. This is an older, slightly run-down motel.
Pros: Staff was great! Go Vols!
Pros: The room is spacious and price is reasonable. The continental breakfast is acceptable. Overall good value for the money.
Pros: Beds were very comfortable. Room was more updated than expected. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker were appreciated. Free wifi ran at an adequate speed. Location was the best feature, close to the parkway with a creek, trolley stop, and restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly. Great value. We enjoyed our stay very much!
Cons: Carpet could use a cleaning.
Pros: Close to everything and comfortable beds. We had a nice balcony that overlooked the courtyard. The staff was nice and it was an easy check out. Nice Flat screen TV.
Cons: The hotel was very dated and needed a lot of repairs. The shampoo was in small packets instead of bottles and our toilet paper and tissues were left empty when the maids cleaned our room on the second day. If you can get the room for under $50 it is worth it due to the location. The room itself is not worth more than $40 per night.
Pros: RIght in the middle of all the action in Gatlinburg. Didn't have to drive in the traffic. Clean. Nice staff. Loved the balcony. Comfortable beds. Large room.
Cons: The shampoo was not good. I should have brought my own.
Pros: Location was good but nobody was in office after 11 pm so if u need anything after that u have to wait till morning rooms need updated but for the money you can't complain walking distance to everything and super close to park entrance
Pros: The location was really good. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The room was damp and moldy. The bathroom was seriously outdated. The air conditioner adding work very well. I got what I paid for. This was not a good deal.
Pros: The room was.wonderful and clean and the staff was.very friendly.
Pros: Gas fireplace was nice.
Cons: River edge? No. And the balcony was about 6 inches above a parking lot. No view and no river.

Pros: For the amount of time spent in our room it was perfect! Very close to the main strip yet not too deep into town so you don't have to fight a lot of traffic coming to or leaving your room! We will be back!
Cons: The rooms could use an update
Cons: There was no hand soap.
