Pros (+) Liked the setup of the room with a substantial desk area and sofa in its own nook.
Cons (-) The check-in staff person made a mistake and accidentally charged me twice for the room. Getting my Visa card credited properly took the rest of my time there. As I was checking out, they were still trying to correct this. What a pain!
