Very friendly staff (owner Jan and his wife). Great historical place near city center. Decent size room with all commodities.

Everything was great. But room was a little bit cold and also bathroom was very cold.
The room was very clean and comfortable. It was designed by beautiful paintings, bookshelves...I could visit again in the future.

Beautiful building and surroundings. Excellent décor and facilities. Our room was enormous and very comfortable. Continental breakfast was excellent
I would have preferred that the toilet was completely enclosed (i.e. it had a door) to give greater privacy - but I suppose that's the continental way.

Bed was comfy. Quiet location. Jan (Male host) very friendly and welcoming. Short stroll into town for restaurants.
Security is an issue despite a key pad entrance the front door was propped open with a cushion when we arrived. Then keys are left in the entrance unmanned!! The lady in the kitchen was rude demanding to know how we got in!! Bedroom three was small with no room for our luggage we had to step over it all the time. No toiletries no tea and coffee in the room. No glasses for water or toothbrushes. No security light when walking down the lane at night. No offer of dinner when we arrived around 8pm despite advertising a restaurant. Had to wait 20 minutes the check in even knowing we had arrived. No duvet on bed small pillows too soft and no extras. No hairdryer

Perfect for a romantic weekend: the quietness of the location, the room, the furniture, the park and the courtyard. I recommend to reach the accommodation by car as it gives you more freedom.
