Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional service, especially the helpfulness and friendliness of Osman and his staff, who went above and beyond to make guests feel at home and assist with tours and local information. The location was highly appreciated for its proximity to the town center and attractions. Many reviews highlighted the delicious and varied breakfast, often enjoyed on a terrace with stunning views of the balloons and the town. The atmosphere was described as warm, welcoming, and charming, with several guests noting the unique cave hotel experience. Spacious and comfortable rooms were also mentioned positively. A few minor criticisms included issues with curtains, bathroom cleanliness, and some room features, but these were far outweighed by the positive feedback.

The owner was amazing in helping us on this trip. He really went above and beyond helping us arrange tours in the area. You could tell that he really cares about giving guests the best experience that he can. The hotel was more than expected. Everything from the room and hotel to the breakfasts were awesome!
