Cons (-) Cleanliness: the bathroom wasn't clean enough. Luckily the water was draining well but it seemed like my old apartment. Money: although 4 star hotel, didn't meet their standards in cleanliness Customer Service: Long waits to a point I didn't want to ask my questions or convey concerns or my needs (ex, soap/my wife needing shower cap, make-up removal, etc)

Cons (-) I wish restaurants were open on the days we were there, not only two days a week.. Had to ask for two cribs twice, still only got one initially.

Pros (+) The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and very helpful even though they were working on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I was especially pleased with the service in the Silver Bar on Christmas Eve evening. The two young ladies did a fantastic job.
Cons (-) I stayed at the hotel at the busiest time of the year, 23-26 December. The wait to park at the hotel and to check in were extreme. The wait was about 30-45 minutes waiting in line of cars to get up to the lobby and to valet. Then, it was another 30 minute wait to check in.
