The airport is just a few miles away from the resort. Upon request, the hotel’s shuttle will pick you up and take you back to Dallas International Airport. The hotel will also provide transportation to and from nearby attractions such as Grapevine Botanical Garden, the 9/11 Flight Crew Memorial and AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys).

The Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center has several meeting rooms to accommodate various size groups. It also offers a giant stage and arena that is ideal for large group conventions. The event planning department will handle all of the details of your conference including catering, audio-visual equipment rental, and room setup. When attendees are not in meetings, they can go to the business center to check emails, fax documents to the office, copy forms, or send a package to a client. The business center is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.
