Excellent location, in the center of Graz. Clean room and friendly staff. Easy garage parking.
No breakfast included in rooms price.
Staff friendly and helpful. Had parking under the hotel (we just managed to squeeze under the low ceiling with our Landrover and roof box!). They’re also a pet friendly hotel, as we travel with our dog. Road the hotel was on was quiet at night which meant the room was quiet. There were bars and restaurants to walk to.
Location is alright but Graz is a very convenient city so location is not very important.
Rooms are not very clean, dusty and not made up properly. Everything is quite worn out and below average. Service is ok but can and should be faster check in. This property is not worth the 1 night rate, I don’t care if it is Austria or any other place.
Very good location. The room was comfortable. In the Privilege Room we got the drinks from the refrigerator for free. Friendly staff.
The only negative I found, I of the persons working with the breakfast had a cold. Although she was nice and friendly, people that are sick should be around customers or handling the dishes and food. If they must work, they should wear a simple face mask (like in Japan for example) to protect the customers from her infection.
The hotel is ideally located to go on a stroll into the Graz Old Town, all the while being surrounded by several supermarkets and drugstores which comes very handy. The rooms (we stayed in the Executive Suite) are spacious and smartly designed, bathrooms clean and boasting all the necessary accessories. Very satisfied with the parking (in the same building as the hotel, reachable by lift). Staff very helpful, came to our succour when we forgot our baby's cocoon in the room. Nespresso coffee machine in the room always appreciated.
Breakfast could have been significantly better, virtually the only thing that stopped me/us giving an even higher rating.
