A little luxury in green bay
The hotel is simple and straight forward with a touch of luxury. Everything is well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The fitness area was great and offered a little more than your typical hotel. The pool area was relaxing and perfect for a refreshing dip in the pool. The decor is modern and streamlined. There is also lovely outdoor lounge.
My only wish is that they had a full service restaurant on site.

The hot tub jets didn't work.
Reserved a room with 2 queen beds and when we arrived to check in, was told they only have a room with one king bed which resulted in one of us having to sleep on an air mat. Disappointing-reserved room over 2 months prior to date of arrival. Also no free continental breakfast.
The best thing about the hotel was the decor.
There were a few issues. First, I specifically had 3 people in my room and requested two queen beds. Upon arrival I found out I only had a king bed. When I went to the front desk they said this was a special and depending on availability this is what they could give me and didn't once try to look to see if there was anything else they could offer me. My second issue is that when I returned to my roomi found that the toilet was completely clogged, so the place was either not completely cleaned or this was completely ignored. When I phoned down someone came up within 10minutes, but for all this inconvenience all we were offered was free breakfast of cereal and toast.
I loved the stylish & modern design of the rooms and the common areas.
