Cons (-) It was very loud, and noisy they should have let me know before arrival that it was full of high schoolers. I paid for breakfast in didn't receive it. The room was so cold. No outlets near the bed. You had to pay to park in the parking lot what hotel charges to park what a joke. First and last time ever going to that hotel.
Cons (-) When I looked at the hotel on the kayak website it listed how many rooms the hotel had and mislead us into thinking breakfast was included, it wasn't. Then when we check in we are told there will be a $5 fee for parking. This is Green Bay Wisconsin and the lot wasn't even a quarter full. Pros (+) Spacious and clean rooms
Cons (-) Free breakfast included was not that good. The rooms were a little old and need modernization.
Pros (+) Great room. Loved the layout. Bathroom at the back and plenty of storage.
Pros (+) Luxurious and very clean room. The on site staff was very supportive and professional.
Cons (-) When I made the reservation the information I received from Hyatt's 800# was different from the information I received from the front desk.
Pros (+) Location - close to downtown and Titletown Brewing Co Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Charge for parking in their lot. $3 for a bottle of water in the room. Tap water is very heavily chlorinated so they should provide a cheaper alternative.
Cons (-) The breakfast. The bar had no kaluha so they weren't able to make one of Your Signature Drinks ( what's up with that)
