Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviews highlighting exceptional service and southern hospitality. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as a positive, with guests enjoying the variety and quality. The hotel's location was also praised for its convenience to the airport, restaurants, and attractions. However, there were repeated complaints about uncomfortable beds, with several guests finding them saggy or of low quality. Other negatives included some noise issues, housekeeping oversights, and occasional problems with amenities, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
