10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything you could ever want in a luxury hotel is on display here at Windsor Court. Rooms are well decorated, beds are over the top comfortable, every member of staff was very very helpful and cordial. Richard at check in, Marissa, Alyx, Kim and Paul in the Club were a few to mention but everyone we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you. Location is perfect-coveniant to everything. This is THE place to stay when visiting NOLA!!
7.6 Good
Pros: Location and staff hospitality are excellent.
Cons: The rooms are in meed of updating. In my handicapped room there was no desk or work space. The rooms look old.
6.5 Good
Cons: Whoever stayed in the room before me. Drank 2 bottles of while and then left the bottles in the bar. I brought it to the attention of the front seat and they said they would take care of it. And I also brought it to the attention of house keeping. At the end of my stay, you guessed it I got charged for the 2 bottles. Also I requested ice 4 times and never got any.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was fantastic. Everyone was very helpful!

Pros: Perfect! We moved here from another hotel down re street that was proved double and we couldn't be happier. This place is so nice, breakfast and dinner, great location, rooms and staff! Will definitely stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall this hotel was fantastic. The staff was as friendly and helpful as you could ask for. My husband and I were traveling with four children (ages 8,7,6, and 2) and the value was amazing. I never review anything online but the experience was so good I felt it necessary this time. The fact that there were drinks and popcorn in the lobby the entire time was awesome especially with kids. Breakfast was awesome and offered SO much more than normal hotels do. Plus the "kickback" at 5:30 was our dinner each night. I know for some it might not be their ideal dinner if they are on vacation but traveling with the kids we didn't want to have to go out and the "kickback" offered enough options for everyone to have a full meal. We don't really drink but if you add breakfast, dinner, popcorn as a snack, unlimited soft drinks, and the 3 free "alcoholic beverages" up the value was amazing. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The rooms were clean and comfortable also. Just a great stay all around.
Cons: The only complaint I had was that we had pre-paid for the room and when we got there they asked for the card we had used to book the room so they could swipe it. Then when we were checking out I went to check out and pay for the valet ($25 a day and the only option so budget for that as well) and they said it had already been charged to my card. I had no intention of paying for the valet on that card so it bothered me that they charged it and hadn't told us that they were doing it. I do believe that it was a simple misunderstanding though and not dishonest or anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff was amazing and very kind. Really enjoyed my stay and I will consider staying again when I'm in NOL
Cons: Nothing. It was great!
7.7 Good
Pros: Location Free drinks and food This was perfect for a quick night away. Location was good and staff was friendly.
Cons: Paying for parking Bar closed early
Hotel Le Marais - New Orleans - Building

9.3 Excellent (1,449 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Le Marais, you'll be centrally located in New Orleans, within a 5-minute drive of Jackson Square and Cafe Du Monde. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Felt like I was in Paris!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location and staff. The valet parking crew was very professional and courteous. Olga at the bar was a pleasure to talk too. I liked the modern decor as well. I would recommend this hotel most of the time.
Cons: Walls are thin--I could hear people talking on both sides of my room. I imagine it has something to do with being an old building. Fortunately it didn't last long, however, if you are there for any kind of festival where there will be a lot of late night partying (it's near Bourbon street so this may happen quite a bit), I'd recommend being one of them instead and not assuming a good night sleep.
Auberge Nouvelle Orleans Hostel - New Orleans - Building

9.2 Excellent (355 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in New Orleans (Central City), Auberge Nouvelle Orleans Hostel is within a 10-minute drive of National World War II Museum and Lafayette Cemetery. Featured amenities include a computer station, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location because it was easy parking an very close to garden district which was top of our list and lots of cool places to eat and drink, magazine street. And just a short streetcar ride to the French quarter and so much more. Also the staff was very helpful and everything was clean and very accommodating to our needs. I'll definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
Cons: One tiny thing, my boyfriends bunk, top, was super squeaky. To the point if he moved a tiny bit it made noise making it hard for him to sleep and disturbed others.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool is so nice! Our room was fabulous!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was beautiful, room was comfortable, staff was wonderful
Cons: Our only complaints were that the tv didn't always work very well. It would cut out for no apparent reason and sometimes just stop working. We also felt that the movie rentals were absurdly expensive. I've never had a hotel charge $19 for almost every movie available.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The building is beautiful and there are great bars/restaurants in the lobby. Our room was spacious and very comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit disappointing for a luxury hotel. Also, the spa was disappointing.
French Market Inn - New Orleans - Building

9.1 Excellent (2,621 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at French Market Inn, you'll be centrally located in New Orleans, steps from Decatur Street and within a 5-minute drive of Jackson Square. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Location of this unique hotel was second to none. Hotel was well presented. Decor in keeping with its location. The room was very clean and well kept. The staff were so friendly and helpfull. No breakfast available but understandable due to location and design. But its no problem as many many local eateries. With its amazing value for price its my only choice for future.
Cons: Nothing really.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I wanted an authentic New Orleans French market experience and that's exactly what I got at the French market inn. Everything was perfect. It was historical, right across the street from the Riverwalk, two blocks down from Bourbon Street, Clean, safe, right across the street from Cafe Du Monde. We decided that we would stay here every time we came to New Orleans.
Cons: It was nothing that I didn't like. I'm used to stay and four star hotels so I had to adjust to the boutique feel of the room, but I bet it was comfortable and the atmosphere was authentic and great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were super close to Bourbon St but never heard it- which was great! We had an interior room with no windows which I was a little apprehensive about booking at first but it proved to be the best idea ever! After getting in to town early in the morning and wandering around a lot, it was great to ha e a quiet, dark room for an afternoon nap. New Orleans is always busy and there are always people out on the streets at all hours- I highly recommend the windowless rooms for peace and quiet when it's time to get away:)
8.2 Excellent
Pros: For the price, the inn provides access to the French Quarter, into which I went for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and nightlife. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and eager to help. The room and inn have that French Quarter feel (e.g., courtyard, exposed brick, tall windows). The room was comfortable except for one point. The shower was glass, not a curtain, and was nice for such an inexpensive room. My friends who stayed at the same conference were jealous that I was staying in classier accommodations than they for the same or less!
Cons: My room on the first floor had no weather strip on the bottom of the door and suffered a draft. Once plugged with a spare blanket, however, the room was cozy. Also, the electrical cords for the television were rather lazily slung over the TV itself. It looked shabby.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great room, comfortable bed, tranquil setting
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very courteous service
Cons: No window or refrigerator
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is right at the base of the French Quarter. If you plan to stay in the Quarter, this is a great option.
Cons: Noise and parking. During a busy time, self park will be almost impossible. We valeted in order to avoid searching for a space.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was absolutely perfect: within a few short blocks to all the fun. But the location also provided much needed quiet at night. The facilities were clean and absolutely beautiful. I will absolutely stay here again and will tell everyone about this gem!
8.2 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay. I appreciated the historic feel of the room with brick walls. I was skeptical at first about renting a room with no windows, but it exceeded my expectations and wasn't as sketchy as imagined. There were plenty of lamps to substitute the natural lighting. The staff was very friendly. They greeted everyone who passed through the lobby with a smile and were helpful with suggesting local places to eat. Great location for the french quarter experience.
Cons: I felt as if the carpet in my room had not been cleaned or vacuumed before my stay. There was obvious staining and debris visible. I am glad I brought slippers. It seems as if the cleaning of the rooms could be more detailed as there were trash under/behind the dresser and side table.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff and accommodations
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close proximity to must see locations, restaurants and activities; staff was friendly & accomodating
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was amazing. I went through Kayak and found this hotel with great reviews and $100 under our budget! When we walked in, the lobby was cute, perfectly decorated, and had the New Orleans feel we were looking for *cough*we're tourist*cough*. We were greeted by Lonny the bellman, who wouldn't let us lift a finger with our bags. He even gave us some free wine vouchers for a near by café. Check in was standard with no wait time and a friendly front desk staff. There is a small pool and patio area if you wanted to take a quick dip (by small pool, it is incredibly small, but still nice to have as an option). This hotel is cute, clean, and has the New Orleans experience with just a quick walk to Bourbon St, Café Du Monde, amazing shops in the French Quarter.
Cons: Since we were driving from across country, we had an entire SUV packed with professional camera equipment, expensive camping gear, and pretty healthy supply of clothes etc. We were concerned about street parking and were told that if we valet our car with the hotel, it would be in a garage, 24 hour surveillance, and returned to us in the exact same condition we left it in. We thought "it's only $15 more than parking across the street, and we will have piece of mind" so we went with the valet. We remove our luggage for the night, brought in the camera gear (thank god) and carried on with our New Orleans experience as they drove our car off to the garage. Being a typical girl, I realized I left something in the car and asked the front desk if I could either walk to the car or have it brought around. She gave me quick directions and I headed to the parking garage. When I approached the booth in the garage, the gentlemen working pointed to the pay lot across the street, and handed me the keys. I was confused because it was just a $20 over night pay lot that we could have easily used instead of paying $15 more for the "garage" we were told our car would be in. I grabbed my items, double checked all the doors were locked, and took the keys back to the employees in the booth. When I got back to the hotel, I told my boyfriend about the differences in what we were told we were getting and what we actually got as far as parking went. We both agreed that there must be some reason for it and that the garage was full or they would move the car at some point. 8AM: Our hotel phone rings. The supervisor of the parking garage was calling to let us know he was ready to take our car to the shop to have the windows replaced. You can imagine our confusion, seeing as we had gone to bed late and had partaken in what New Orleans had to offer, IE we were hung over and had no idea what was going on. We get dressed and head down to meet with the garage supervisor who informed us that between 3-5am the driver's and passenger side windows had been broken and it looked like items were removed from the car. We head over and look over everything. Sure enough, it was in the same spot it had been the night before, sans two windows. It only looked like some center console change and our GPS had been taken(which was in a locked glove box). The parking garage paid for everything to be replaced that had been taken, and replaced the windows. Our plan was to leave at 12pm after some beignets from Café Du Monde, but ended up having to stay until 6pm waiting for the car to be fixed. Of course our room and valet charges were comped, and the staff acted accordingly, it was just an unfortunate situation that could have been avoided if the front desk had the real information regarding where their guests' vehicles were actually parked. Take what you will from this. Be it, sh*t happens and you move on, or it was a nice stay, something bad happened, and the hotel did the best they could.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything ,great value and breakfast included
Cons: Our stay ended too quickly
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff was the best from start to finish!! I have to give props to house keeping for the amazing job they do, Ms Julie moves through the hotel like greased lightning!! Ms Janet, our concierges, made it possible for us to see as much as possible during our stay and is very knowledgeable about the area and the best tours. Our doormen, King Saloman, Sir Larry and Sir Lawrance , as my husband liked to call them, were friendly, fun and very helpful. From front to back, the staff was amazing. Rooms are clean, comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, so many choices. Can you tell we loved our stay!!??

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room 1236 was a great room for us! The facilities were great and the staff was lovely. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the Wednesday jazz players. We would definitely return the next time we are in town!
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Very elegant and friendly hotel.
5.7 OK
Pros: We are frequent visitors of the Ritz Carltons and this was the worst facility I've ever been to and service was poor. I was paying $600 a night and felt like I was staying at a Sheraton or worst.

This hotel has facilities measuring 4514 square feet (419 square meters), including conference space.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service and location.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: - Location, location, location. Traveled with a friend and this was incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to do in NOLA. I'd absolutely bring bikes if you have the means, makes the city a lot more accessible and reduces transportation issues. - Pool - Staff was awesome, very accommodating even at the last minute - it's clear that they all like their jobs - Stored our bikes in the room downstairs so they didn't take up space in the smaller room and the doormen were always available to open it up for us. Before we found this out they kept our car in a gated lot close by to make sure our bikes were safe on the car.
Cons: - Free drinks at bar are slightly misleading... Not a total scam but just make sure you want well liquor and add up the cost prior to making it a double with "premium" liquor. - Valet can be slow but they did give a heads up that it would take 40 minutes at some times. - Depending on where you are in the hotel you may have a way to walk down the halls to your room but this isn't really a big deal. - Truly not that bad - if I HAD to pick bad things this is what I remember but I would absolutely stay there again.
6.5 Good
Pros: I loved the location of the hotel the staff was courteous and friendly. The in hotel restaurant had good food but was a bit pricey. Our room was clean, I am a picky person so it met my standards.
Cons: I thought some areas could have had better house keeping. Large dust bunnies were all over the floor near the stairs. The main area that was traveled by the guests were kept cleaner. But most importantly I didn't like that they permitted a drunken homeless person to sleep outside of the hotel doors, not a good first impression for many guests.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: i stayed here with a group of 9 women. This hotel was in the very best location to walk everywhere that we wanted to go in the French Quarter. It was a really great price and i would definitely stay there again, group or individually. Having traveled to NOLA many times and stayed at many similar hotels, this was the easiest, cleanest, and best value by far.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel with friendly, efficient staff. If you want to stay in the heart of Bourbon Street this hotel is it. Upgrade to Balcony suite for a perfect stay.
Cons: Everything was great.
6.0 Good
Pros: Right by Bourbon St room was clean and nicely appointed great central courtyard with pool
Cons: Location makes it noisy rooms on one side were noisy to a non-stop generator terrible pillows no room service uninformed staff (front desk not aware there was no room service, housekeeping not clear whether feather pillows existed... isn't this a basic requirement in most hotels? plastic mattress cover - I guess too many people enjoy the party atmosphere too much & they have mattress issues!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The people working the desk when we checked in around 10pm were exceptional employees.
Cons: N/a
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Staying on the corner of Bourbon Street and Orleans St was perfect. The staff was very friendly, including valet and bellman. We didn't ask for much, but we were given a lot. The free drink at check in certainly didn't hurt! I also really liked the beautiful area in front of check in. It reminded me if a formal living room, and any time I stopped to sit in there I met other guests. It was just so homey.
Cons: I didn't like the parking fee. I booked through Trip Advisor and it said parking, but nothing about the extra fee. I think it was more the surprise of it that kind of bothered me. Also, I'm not certain the air was working. It wasn't hot, but it wasn't cool either. That said, we never mentioned it to the staff, given we were only in the room to sleep, so I think they would have fixed it or moved us had they known.
7.4 Good
Pros: location is great
Cons: Thought the staff at the front desk could have been nicer. They didn't even say thank you for staying when I checked out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I can't even put into words just how amazing the staff were. Every single person I met was so friendly and accommodating. Even going as far as making me a make shift shower chair due to my ankle being broken and needing assistance. Every need was met and then some!
Cons: The ONLY issue we had was the sensitivity of the room keys. We had to have them remagnetized every day sometimes numerous times in a day.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Really enjoyed the Historic aspect of the Hotel. Very opulent, and had wonderful informative signs regarding various history of the building. Staff is really good, polite, and helpful.
5.7 OK
Pros: The room was giant
Cons: The place was shabby, even the uniforms were cheap. The hotel bar closed at 12:30, the room service was from like 4-10 and was provided by a third party, in the morning I called for a sprit and it took FOREVER for it come. I paid 450 for that room. I should have been at the Four Seasons level.

Pros: I stayed in the old warehouse side. Full of charm!! Other side looked like most other Hampton Inns, so ask for one of the suites in the renovated warehouse side. Didn’t swim but the pool looked nice. Small but in a lovely courtyard.
6.0 Good
Cons: I reserved and paid for a suite two months in advance. When I arrived I was told that the hotel overbooked and was given the only room available. When I showed the confirmation to the clerk I was told," It is not available." The hotel had been paid for a suite and I was given a standard room. The manager gave me a free parking pass and a coupon to the bar as compensation for their mistake.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Having to pay $40 a day to valet car with no prior notice!

Pros: Great stay! Clean and comfortable hotel. Business center is not free, which is a negative. Carla at the front desk is wonderful!!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I attended a conference there so the facilities were nice and clean. I enjoyed the amount of restaurants and the affordability of them. The location is also stellar.
Cons: At least 2 lamps in my room didn't work. That was a major issue. Also, one of my rings that I didn't wear ended up on the floor after the housekeeper came by.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Had trouble with my keycard several times but no biggie
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable to be in. The bed was comfy and lighting was calming. Very little hallway noise and never heard the neighboring rooms. All the staff I encountered was friendly and courteous.
Cons: The bathroom was a little dirty, some mold growing in the crevice of the shower door. A soap wrapper was left in the bathroom from the last guest. Nothing too major though. Only other complaint would be how confusing it is to get from the main lobby to the room elevators and the parking garage. The signage isnt all that handy as in some areas the main lobby isn't mentioned at all, either is the parking garage. It's especially frustrating with the arbitrarily named conference halls displayed all over.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel! Convenient street car across the street to get all over the city. Staff is very friendly. Many restaurants and shops for in hotel wants.
Cons: Nothing!
9.1 Excellent
Cons: Parking was too expensive!!! Limited unloading space But wonderful cleaning staff, bell service and front desk TOP NOTCH!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice! We came for our anniversary and it was amazing. The staff made our night special.
Cons: Layout can be a little confusing from the parking garage to the rooms, but once you get use of it it's a little easier.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Thought I was staying at a 5 star hotel. It was very clean and upscale.
5.1 OK
Pros: Was nice hotel - not much really close to the hotel but the french quarter is in walking distance.
Cons: our AC broke one night so it was 80+ degrees in the room and we had to wait up for an hour at 2am to get someone from the hotel staff to reset the thermostat. There was also quite a bit of road noise, even up at the 10th floor - was woken up by a garbage truck in the middle of the night.
4.5 OK
Pros: NA
Cons: I called 15 minutes after checking out because I left an item in my fridge and I was told my room hadn’t been cleaned yet so it should have been found. I later went to pick up my item at around 11:30 and since housekeeping wasn’t there no one had access to the lost and found. I had no update on my item and housekeeping never checked it in even though no one else had access to my room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location Cleanliness Comfort
Cons: Nine
8.2 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here for the Rock n Roll Marathon. It was located right near the starting line, which was very convenient. They allowed us to have a late check out time so we did not have I rush after the race. The staff was friendly and the hotel was extremely nice.
Cons: The room was a little small.

Family-owned and operated since 1886, Hotel Monteleone features the Quarter’s only high-rise building. Its Beaux-Arts architecture and rotating bar make this hotel a popular spot for tourists visiting the Crescent City. Hotel Monteleone is welcoming for all travelers, although it's particularly popular with couples. Guests can choose between rooms or suites, and all accommodations offer mini fridges and plush, comfy robes. Guests can dine at one of two restaurants, Criollo and the Carousel Bar. Criollo offers seasonal dishes that put an Old World spin on Southern cuisine using local ingredients. The Carousel Piano Bar & Lounge, the only revolving bar in New Orleans, has long been a draw for patrons. Literary giants like Tennessee Williams, Ernest Hemingway, and Anne Rice have visited the bar during their trips to the hotel. A popular filming spot for movies, this luxury hotel features a heated rooftop pool overlooking the New Orleans skyline and the Mississippi River. A fully equipped gym and the full-service day spa, Spa Aria, are also available at this pet-friendly hotel. One block from Bourbon Street, this historic hotel is in the heart of the Quarter. The Superdome is a 20-minute walk away, while the Audubon Aquarium and the Mississippi River are just a few blocks away. Several streetcar lines are within blocks of the hotel, taking guests to other areas of New Orleans, like City Park and Saint Charles Avenue.
9.4 Excellent
Cons: Double beds are hard on tall folk.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location is excellent
Cons: I thought the hotel looked a bit run down, not a 5 star hotel.. I did not like the fact that there was no complimentary coffee or news papers The coffee was available in the gift shop for $3.00+ / cup. Not acceptable for a supposed top flight hotel, Forget trying to get a seat at the famous Carousel bar, but it was the first weekend of Jazz Fest.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Friendly doormen, bellman, front desk. Love the gracious old hotel. Criollo's Restaurant had excellent food and service. One could not ask for a better location as a base of operations for leisurely tour of French Quarter.
Cons: While I don't think most rooms fit this category, we happened to get a very small room with window looking across a dark alley. Room could not have been more than 12' square, with king and furniture closet, one could not help but feel a bit claustrophobic. Be sure to ask for room with street facing widows. Housekeeping kept forgetting essentials - like TP. Had to call to request and then wait 15 min for delivery. Otherwise, excellent experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Monteleone is beautiful and the perfect location, but even during Mardi Gras season it was a very quite hotel. Not the perfect place to stay if you're more looking for fun, but a great place for a romantic getaway or for business. Fantastic staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous hotel with tons of history. Fairly priced and it's in the perfect location- close to everything, bourbon street, jackson square, casino, etc. Will be staying again!
7.7 Good
Pros: Great location within the French Quarter. Very beautiful hotel and nice staff.
Cons: When we checked in they told us our room had no windows and offered us 2 drink vouchers and the opportunity to "upgrade" for $100 a night. We did upgrade and got windows looking straight into parking garage. Crazy bar scene off the lobby.
6.2 Good
Pros: The hotel and staff are beautiful and amazing. But when we got to our room it was fairly warm. We called down to the concierge and asked that someone come look into the issue. We left for the afternoon and when we returned there was a note sarying someone had come to fix the problem. Two additional requests later and it was still around 80 in our room. Staff didn't even call to see if we were satisfied (after 3 requests). Difficult to sleep and not enjoyable.
Cons: See above.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The location is right in the heart of the French Quarter just a block off Bourbon Street and on the classier Royal Street. The décor is beautiful. The rooms are small but nicely decorated. The drapes were incredible. The cafe are the hotel was very good for breakfast with beignets as good, if not better than Cafe du Monde without the crowds.
Cons: The walls were fairly thin so you could hear your neighbors. Also, nearly got high from the marijuana fumes seeing through the air system.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, room was nice and hotel was beautiful.
Cons: They didn't tell us in advance we wouldn't have a window in our room. Also the bathroom was pretty small. There is just not much room to set anything down.
6.5 Good
Pros: Love the location and the Carousel bar. Love the history and the feel of the hotel.
Cons: Our room air was very loud and the shower sprayed water up into the ceiling light which could have caused harm to us.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Pool was awesome, Carousel Bar was amazing, staff was top notch. Criollo was a very tasty restaurant. Location!
Cons: Limited channels on TV cable, wifi was a little slow, other than that, very nice
9.4 Excellent
Cons: room # 944 is a bit too small

Cons: Small room for Big Price
10.0 Excellent
Pros: * Staff was very helpful, sorted out a room mixup quickly and appropriately, and compensated us for our time waiting * Fantastic pool and view from the roof, the rooftop bar was great * Really a perfect location - about two blocks from Bourbon made it close enough to the street to feel like you're in the bustle, but far enough away to recover after a long night in peace * We were able to get a great value for the room. * Hospitality staff restocked our room's ice and bottled water every night
Cons: * Super small room, was not able to fit a single cot in the room without moving the dresser * Bed barely fit two people. * Slightly misleading depending on the website you book on, "Double" or "Queen" in our case meant a single bed, and assumedly the same room * Tiny bathroom. Towels were forced under the sink. * Bar closed earlier than I would have expected
6.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The room was too small especially the rest room. The hotel is nice but needs an update. The mattress was old and lumpy. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

Pros: Staff was great! Location is excellent.
Cons: Our room was really small but it still worked. The cinnamon smelling toiletries should be changed to something more refreshing.

Pros: Gorgeous suite, everything worked perfectly, outstanding staff
6.5 Good
Pros: Nice suite style room, good staff, location
Cons: They were performing some work to the facade of the hotel. At 9:00 am they were literally right outside our room pounding with hammers. I looked out the window and a worker on scaffolding was right outside of our window. Had my girlfriend been in a state of disrobe, he would have been able to tell were all of her freckles are. 9:00am....on a Saturday....in New Orleans....in the Quarter. I had been out late drinking the night before, so you can imagine a 9:00 wake up call with a hammer was most unexpected....and un-welcome. No mention of the construction was made during our check in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff and location
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms that are well designed for accommodating multiple family members
7.1 Good
Pros: I loved the location and the staff !! They were very polite and helpful.
Cons: I am not very wealthy and decided to spend my money on kayak.com and New Orleans rather than fly to another city. There was a rather high fee on the site and then the hotel charged 130$ (incredibly high amount ) to park at there facilty ... other lots were just as expensive and not guaranteed safe. It was just disappointing bc I saved up and felt like those costs were hidden and should have been included in the cost of the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were there for Mardi Gras 2017, the hotel is within walking distance to many of the attractions. But far enough away that you can have some quiet time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby was always clean and smelled great as soon as you walked in. Room was spacious and clean with all the amenities. Also was nice that the tv in the room can connect with Netflix and Hulu.
Cons: Nothing
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything in French Quarter was a short walk including Jackson Square. Would stay here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My friends and I ended up here last minute when our original plans to stay somewhere else didn't pan out. We were a little stressed when we got there given that we were far from home in California and had to find this place last minute in an unknown city. But from the valet to the front desk, the staff was super friendly and helpful and made it so easy for us. Our room was clean and well decorated. In fact, the whole hotel is very nice and a great value for your money. On top of that, it's in the perfect location in the French quarter. if I ever find myself in New Orleans again, I'll definitely be staying here.
Cons: There was only one thing and very minor. Being that it is the French quarter and so close to bourbon street, my friends and I had a late night. We knew we were going to want to sleep in and take our time getting ready in the morning, so I called the front desk to see about a late check-out. They said It was perfectly fine we just had to put the do not disturb sign on the door and be out by 1. At 10:45, housekeeping came knocking on the door. We yelled no thank you and then we could hear her talking to another employee about how we weren't supposed to be there. Then at 12:30, they came back again as we were preparing to leave. It wasn't a huge deal, but I think maybe the late check-out policy should be better communicated with the cleaning staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was awesome, every person we encountered at the front desk and valet was in a great mood and extremely helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were right in the middle of everything. All we had to do was walk out of the hotel and we were right there. The rooms were awesome. Way more than I was expecting. The staff was great. We will definitely have them on the top of our list when we return.
Cons: Nothing
5.4 OK
Cons: We found a roach in our room the first day. When we told the woman at the front desk, she was nice and apologetic, but said it happens when there's rain. I understand, having dealt with roach in my apartment, but asked her to have the room sprayed, and wondered why that wasn't the default answer. The water stank. It smelled like putrid pond water, like it came from the river or Lake Ponchartrain. It was hard water too, so rinsing in the sink or shower is a long chore that never seems possible to finish. I believe this is what made the tub slimy and slippery. It didn't appear dirty, but it was impossible to stand in the shower without a wash cloth underfoot. The hotel is located on the 2nd-6th floors in the Ritz Carlton. The Ritz locks their doors in the evening, but the key readers don't allow Courtyard guests in, so you need to go around the block to get inside. Either way, it's a maze of elevators, since you always need to take at least 2 elevators to get to your room. The Ritz spa smells like an over-chlorinated YMCA pool, and permeates the entire lower floor. Coupled with the arctic air conditioning, coming in from the outside is a violent jolt with a mild burning sensation in the nose. And it's $25/person/day for the privilege of immersing yourself in the water.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were really spacious and clean. Great location on the outskirts of the French quarter.. staff were friendly.
Cons: Toilet didn't work, but husbands a plumber so wasn't an issue for us. We did report it on checkout.

Pros: People were very friendly and knew how to get someone around the city. Room was very nice.

Pros: My daughter and I came down for Mardi Gras and the security was Excellent! The hotel was clean and stylish. Breakfast was in a large well appointed room and different everyday with an excellent selection. The room itself was Huge and the shower was perfection.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Free breakfast was served late.
Cons: Requested 2 beds only got one.
7.7 Good
Pros: Great location for Mardi Gras parade watching and partying on Bourbon St. Just blocks away from Canal St. and St. Charles street car lines. 10-15min walk to the French Quarter. The room and hotel was very clean and staff friendly. The free continental breakfast was good for saving a few bucks but it's not the best.
Cons: Sofa sleeper was awful, mattress was very uncomfortable! King bed was nice and big but the mattress was nothing to brag about!
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Room comfort and amenities in the room.
Cons: Water pressure/shower only no tub in room Only 2 elevators were working at one point which was awful but eventually repaired. Poor lighting near full length mirror near entry door. No light there to use mirror.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel does not look that inviting from the outside but the interior of the hotel is very modern, clean and well maintained. The hotel requires guests to use their room key to get to their rooms for added security. The customer service is excellent! I would stay in a Hampton Inn Hotel again.
Cons: There wasn't anything about this hotel I did not like.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent, breakfast was good, location was perfect.
Cons: Elevators didn't work to good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were large
5.7 OK
Pros: The daily breakfast was well stocked and the hotel was clean.
Cons: The water pressure in the shower was pretty poor I was staying near the top floor, so it is possible it is better on the lower floors. The elevators were poorly maintained and did not run very well. When I made my reservation over 3 months ago, I requested one king bed and when I checked in, they had no king beds available and we were given a room with 2 double beds. The walls are very thin and every morning we were woken up to our neighbors talking and getting ready for their day.

This hotel has facilities measuring 1760 square feet (164 square meters), including a meeting room.
7.1 Good
Pros: The lobby was very inviting. I loved the courtyard. The location was great.
Cons: We arrived at 1030 and had to wait until 1600 for a room to be open. When we were able to go to the room, we noticed it was not very clean. There was trash from the previous occupants laying around the bed. We stayed two nights and on the second day after housekeeping made our beds, they did not leave any new soap or towels and left their cleaning supplies in our bathroom. The first night was quiet, but the second night there were guests yelling and running down our hall at all hours of the night. Id prefer they would have gone back to Bourbon street to do that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great. Location was excellent. I didn't use the pool myself but Courtyard and pool looked relaxing. Families were enjoying the area.
6.8 Good
Pros: Most of the staff were friendly and responsible. Food in restaurant was decent--coffee better than Cafe du Monde! The room was not in tip-top shape ..It could use some freshening.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and service
Cons: No pool lighting to keep it open later.. It would be nice to use it later
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms was charming . Location excellent , large king bed very comfortable, room spacious .
Cons: Really nothing, ice on first floor but fine
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very attentive. The front desk clerk, Jenn, was very helpful and went that extra mile to ensure we had a plan for our first night in NOLA and found us good bargains for the rest of our time here. The room was large and clean, which should be no surprise. The bed was nice and soft, a perfect way to end a long day of sightseeing. The restaurant was also fun and cuisine and wait staff were fantastic, especially the purple haired server whose name escapes me; she was super helpful and cheery.
Cons: The bathroom looked like something you find in a Motel 6. It wasn't terrible, just very basic. But, it did the job. The walls are a little thin, so it seemed like we were part of the party that was happening a few doors down. Parking is very expensive; about $25 a day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location to Bourbon street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the courtyard with the pool. Loved having a restaurant and bar in the hotel.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Felt safe and welcomed- solo traveler
Cons: All was well...nothing is perfect. Rate 9 on scale of 1to10 with 10 being the highest
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Little over priced
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was awesome, we were able to walk to anywhere in the French Quarter with no problem. The security staff were very nice.
Cons: I did not like was how the bathroom in our room did not have a proper door. The door was a closet-stlye door with slats. Also, during our stay there was a heavy rainstorm that crippled the hotel staff with flooding in the lobby area and restaurant. We wanted breakfast, but the staff seemed quite flustered and did not want to seat us in the restaurant, even though the rain had ended.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Attentiveness of Hotel Staff & Manager. Dealt with bug problem very quickly & professionally. Made remainder of stay very enjoyable.
Cons: Finding a roach in bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We came to town to celebrate for my birthday and upon check in we were told we were receiving a free upgrade to a mini suite. The room was nice, the staff was helpful. I'd stay here again.
Cons: It seemed a theme throughout New Orleans that the entire city is getting a face lift, our hotel included. Didn't ruin my stay or really bug me all that much, but there were people painting right outside our window early in the morning

4.0 OK
Cons: It was a rough start from check-in: - The designated room on our paperwork (King) was not available at check-in, leaving us a couple in two beds - Upon getting to the room, there was toilet paper and urine in the toilet. - There was makeup all over the collar of the bathrobe (being billed as "take it home for $120") - They were able to move us the next night to a king room, which we found out during the middle of the night did not have a working heater (35 degrees outside at this point). So we moved to our third room of the trip that second night. I'll echo the same concerns with customer service that I see in other reviews here. It's a pity because the property itself is well situated and in good company with the likes of the Ritz and Roosevelt. But it failed to meet any standards for cleanliness and overall guest experience.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything went smooth and rooms where very clean. Staff was very friendly.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I found everything to be nicely done. It's right where you want to be to get out and see NOLA. I'd recommend to friends.
Cons: No bathtub is the only thing I can think of that I can complain about. Shower was excellent though.
6.6 Good
Pros: I liked the location.
Cons: I didn't like the alarm coming from next door that went off at 8 am every morning. Wasn't able to have a good nights sleep
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Staff was efficient and courteous, all smiles everywhere. The overall theme of the hotel is seen throughout the lobby and common areas, ‘Saint’ white angelic areas and red/black ‘Sinner or Naughty’ areas! Rom was nice and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was super cute and modern and spotless. AC was COLD. Didn’t need the mini-fridge or mini-bar, we were in NOLA ! Everything is close by!
Cons: If you need to keep something cold, the fridge is full of purchasable items, so either feet them to bring something up or bring ice chest /cooler with you. (This did not effect my stay)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is so nice & artsy... The staff was extremely helpful & engaging I felt right at home. I will book there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was 2 blocks from Bourbon St, rooms were big with very comfortable beds best place I have stayed in NOLA.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located just a couple blocks off bourbon street
Cons: Shower heads and pressure could be better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I normally stay at the well known 4 & 5 star hotels so I really stepped out of the box for this trip. The hotel was great we had a corner room facing Canal St. The beds were comfy and we had restful nights. We enjoyed the amenities and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Kotrell set us up with two amazing and very different tours. He also remembered us and always greeted us with a large smile and interest in our day. The rest of the staff was just as nice. From the front desk to the room service staff and housekeeping. I would definitely stay again if I have the chance to travel to New Orleans again.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here because of the price and location. It seemed to be the best of both worlds and it definitely was! Easy walk to all French Quarter locations. The lobby is gorgeous, as were the rooms. Fun bar in the lobby, too, with live music in the evenings. We were a group of 4 couples and we all loved it. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
Cons: Location on Canal St is not my favorite (busy, a bit dirty), but you only have to walk 3 blocks to be in the heart of the French quarter.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Angel or devil. Your choice. It's the theme of the hotel. Besides impeccable service the theme carries throughout the hotel. You'll see it as soon as you enter the lobby. Enter an elevator and with a big screen TV the adventure continues. We had a standard room the first two nights but their standard is far above that in decor. Our next 3 nights were in one of their Angel Suites. If you think the standard room was great wait till you see an angel suite. Their named after arch angels. Its indescribable in luxury and the style and theme continues. They do have the devils suite named after Lucifer. It's the only one decorated in black and red. I dont want to give away more. See and experience it for yourself.
Cons: We couldn't stay and enjoy it longer. But we'll be back to NOLA (New Orleans LouisiAna and surely stay there again.

Pros: Great location. The hotel was in the French Quarter of New Orleans located 1 block from Jackson Square and 2 blocks from Bourbon Street. We never had to use our vehicle during the stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel but the room was clean and quiet. I will definitely stay there again.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location!
Cons: Street noise.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: We did not have any problems. The room was adequate with good air conditioning, and the staff was friendly. We felt the hotel was a great value and the location was perfect. We were steps away from Jackson Square and a block and a half off Bourbon.
Cons: The room was a little dark and outdated, but nothing I couldn't handle. They probably should renovate the bathroom sooner rather than later.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and in a great location in the French Quarter
Cons: Room was a little small but we are not stay in the room folks. We were out walking and site seeing.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Front desk staff could have been more friendly and the check-in process was slow and inefficient. Breakfast was minimal: stale pastries, a fruit basket, OJ and coffee.

Cons: The court yard was really nice and clean

Pros: The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Everyone I spoke with wanted to make sure we were taken care of and it felt like they were willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. I had a small reception for my wedding at The Redfish Grill that's attached to the hotel and it was a great experience. I believe our waitress was Anne or Anna and she was very kind, personable, and provided the best service possible. I would definitely recommend this Hyatt to someone looking to stay in NOLA.
Cons: The only con I have for the hotel is the Powdered Sugar cafe attached to the hotel. My husband and I didn't get our orders on time (in a busy setting, I would understand. There were only two or three other tables seated) and what we did get was continually incorrect with no apology or explanation. At some point my plate was taken from me without saying anything with my fork still on it where I had dropped it. Overpriced for what it is.

Cons: I made a reservation on a busy weekend. When I arrived at the front desk told me they were overbooked and I did not have a room. There were no other hotels available so I went back to the airport, slept they're all night and purchased a ticket for a flight home.

Pros: We stayed for 3 nights. We were able to walk out the door and be right in the French Quarter. We were traveling with a small child and everyone was very accommodating. they were able to put us in an area removed from most of the rooms, so we didn't have to worry about the baby disturbing other patrons. Restaurant on sight was perfect for a quick breakfast and facility was very clean. Rooms are good size and we had a great view of Canal St.
Cons: Canal St. side of hotel is very noisy at night.
