Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciate the hotel's excellent location and the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty carpets, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Some guests also note that the hotel and its rooms are old and in need of renovation, with maintenance problems like lack of hot water and worn-out furniture. While the gardens and atmosphere receive some positive remarks, overall, guests feel that the property requires significant updates and better housekeeping.
