Pros (+) food was ok
Cons (-) no tv for 48 hours is unacceptable. We checked out of the hotel early
Pros (+) The hotel is big and spacious. The swimming pool is very nice. Food is plentiful. The grounds are beautiful. Try to stay in the upper floor. These are much nicer rooms than the ones on the ground floor. The suites are very spacious. Staff was helpful.
Cons (-) The first room I was given had a leak from the ceiling and no towels. Six hours later I was moved to a better room. It took 15 minutes of running water before getting hot water. Internet connection was so slow that was practically inexistent. I ended up using my own cell phone. One day I asked to change some USD but they had ran out of pesos.
