Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, grounds, and gardens, as well as the friendliness of many staff members. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as unclean rooms and poor housekeeping, and some guests found the service inexperienced or inconsistent. Value for money was seen as fair by some, but others felt extra charges were excessive. Overall, the setting and staff were highlights, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
