Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's exceptional service, with staff described as friendly, attentive, and helpful. Many highlight the spacious, clean rooms and the relaxing private onsens as standout features. The traditional Japanese meals, especially breakfast and dinner, receive high marks for quality and presentation, though a few guests found the food too exotic or had issues with portion sizes. While the location is somewhat remote and can be difficult to access, most guests felt the overall experience was worth the journey. Some negative comments mention room age, value for price, and occasional maintenance issues, but these are outweighed by the positive feedback on hospitality and comfort.
