Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location near the main train station, making it convenient for city access and travel. However, the majority of reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, bedbugs, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. Bed comfort is frequently criticized, with several guests finding the beds too small, uncomfortable, or inadequately equipped. Service receives mixed feedback, with some positive mentions but more complaints about unresponsive or unfriendly staff. Noise levels, both from inside and outside the hotel, are also a recurring issue for guests. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, comfort, and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
