Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable, Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was always clean and tidy.

Pros (+) The food service was not good. Coffee always served mildly warm when it should be hot. Food orders took really long time to come from the kitchen and some dishes were also not served hot.
Cons (-) Gratuity of 17% automatically added to all food. This appears though to be an island wide practice.

Cons (-) Small rooms. Expensive for what they offer. Not great service. Ran out of towels and chairs at the beach of their sister property.

Pros (+) The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The hotel is very convenient for walking to town/shops and to the ferry terminal. The food at the new Marcus Samuelson restaurant was very good.
Cons (-) The hotel was under renovations and this was not made apparent when booking the hotel. The construction work started quite early every day - including Sunday. Overall, the hotel is very nice but not as luxurious as expected for the price.
