Pool and hot tub were nice and warm, but we only used them one day.
Coffee pot had mold in it and housekeeping only wiped out the pot, never actually cleaned it. Weekend desk staff was rude to my husband for no reason when he tried to strike up a conversation. Breakfast was mediocre at best. There was no waffle mix one day and no syrup at all. The honey that I got instead tasted burnt and bitter.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will stay at this location again.
Breakfast sausage and hash browns were not cooked/browned properly. One day the apple juice was not diluted properly, had to add water.

That the request of our two rooms to be close range with each other was accomplished.
Was nervous about the cleanness of the place. The room had a moldy smell to it. Needed a deep cleaning of the carpet and the room altogether. Would like the focus of the clerk to be more focused on customer other than the conversation with co workers.
