Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff, especially Anna, for their friendliness, helpfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist with tours, recommendations, and any issues. The location was highlighted as excellent, being central and convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern in several reviews, with mentions of dirty rooms, sheets, and common areas. Some guests also noted the lack of an elevator and occasional noise, but overall, the positive service and location outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
