Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, friendly and attentive service, and unique, charming atmosphere with its art-deco and old-world decor. Many appreciated the character and history of the building, as well as thoughtful touches like complimentary port in the library. However, several reviews noted disappointment with the lack of available restaurant and breakfast services, with some facilities closed or not matching five-star expectations. Overall, the positives of location, service, and ambiance were highlighted, despite some operational shortcomings.
