Our contemporary, non-smoking hotel is minutes from Montana State Capitol and the Cathedral of Saint Helena. Carroll College and Helena College are close by. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi, enjoy our business center, and utilize laundry and dry-cleaning services. Getting around is easy thanks to free parking and an airport shuttle. Each non-smoking guest room features a 43-inch flat-screen HDTV, mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea maker, desk, ironing amenities, hair dryer, and bath products. We also offer meeting space, Jorgenson Lounge and casino onsite, and friendly 24-hour front desk staff. Bring your pet for an extra fee. Exterior entrance rooms do not have elevator access. Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) The comforter was dirty upon check in. Room was dated and small. The cost of the hotel room was high for what the guest got.

Pros (+) Friendly helpful staff. Funky restaurant for the onsite breakfast, but way better than your typical chain hotel buffet since they cook your food to order. Walking distance to the capitol and about a 30 minute walk downtown.
Cons (-) Online booking sites show you rates for their 'older style' rooms, but list the descriptions of the renovated rooms. So at check in they give you the option to upgrade for $10/night. It could seem like the hotel is trying to pull one over on you, but we asked them about it and they said they have repeatedly tried to get the online sites to show the correct rate/descriptions. Pros (+) My stay included a full breakfast and all the employees seems to be very nice.
Cons (-) I will not be staying there in future and will not recommend the hotel due to filthiness of my room. I must say then when I mentioned it no one really seemed to care

Pros (+) I love the how it is close to everything. Friendly staff, ample parking, quiet.
Cons (-) I stepped back in time. The shower curtain looked like my sheets my mom out on my bed back in 1981. A tube television? To get a flat screen I have to pay $10.70 more?? Wasn't offered an upgrade, or anything else. If you aren't with Montana Rail Link, you get the crappiest rooms. Used to be a nice hotel, now it is turning into slum.
