Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Kenting's main street and night market, making it ideal for exploring local attractions. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the clean and comfortable rooms. However, some guests noted issues with cleanliness in certain areas, particularly bathrooms and bedding, and mentioned that parking spaces were limited and could be difficult to access. Breakfast received positive remarks for taste, though variety was sometimes lacking. Overall, the hotel offers great value and convenience for travelers, but there are some areas needing improvement.
