The car we received was not clean inside, it had stains all over the inner roof of the car. The lady at the rental desk gave us no receipt at the initial pick up. She gave us no further details regarding the drop off either. While driving we encountered a rainstorm as well as know and the windscreen wipers were absolutely pathetic the visibility on the road was so bad while using the wipers we had to stop numerous times, I was then sent to return the car to a location that had been closed ages ago and when I called customer care I was made to feel like I was at wrong. He was rude and incompetent and shouldn’t be dealing with customers. Safe to say I am not impressed at all and will definitely move to another service provider for my next rental!Reviewed 20 Oct 2021

Surprise chargesCons:Additional charges for taxes and airport fees when I dropped off the car that I wasn't expecting. Only one key worked but two were permanently attached on the ring. They were bulky and a pain to carry when you had no option to separate.Reviewed 15 Feb 2017

Just OKCons:They rented me a car, 2WD, did not warn me about the road. The car slipped so many times and the tires must not have been all season. II could not go up one of the slopes by the Steamboat Ski. They should warn me not to rent it.Reviewed 13 Feb 2017
