Pros (+) Nice setting and spacious room , quiet surroundings
Cons (-) No Table in the room, no restaurant or breakfast, no platform for suitcases, no fireplace. (I asked for a room with a fireplace)

Pros (+) Beautiful location about 5 miles from downtown Highlands. Older somewhat quaint. Facilities are good, including restaurant, pool, hot tub. Wi-Fi is spotty. Highlands is close enough to drive to for shopping, restaurant choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even while very busy on "eclipse day".
Cons (-) No A.C., but cool in the evenings and nights, even in August. Older, but well maintained. Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms on the lower level.
