The staff was very helpful with diretions to sightseeing venues and restaurants. The mattress in my hotel room was firm and, to me, uncomfortable.

Pros (+) Great Location next to Peace Museum and Peace Park. The staff helped me with all my problems and questions. Would totally stay here again if I ever come back to Hiroshima
Cons (-) The room was small, but not unexpected, and was enough for me.
Pros (+) The room was very spacious , clean and the bed was especially comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the Hiroshima museum and to several resteraunts in the area. But above all, the service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Can't recommend them enough!
