Pros (+) Loved Angie. She was so helpful. We were originally placed in a room near the elevator (which was under construction). She helped us move (and because we were in a hurry and needed to leave the property quickly, she even moved our belongings and luggage for us). we came back to a new room with all our things nicely laid out and very nice gift with a note to apologize for the original inconvenience...
Cons (-) We called the desk at 2:30 am more than 5 times and no answer. Night staff could use some help staying more alert.

Pros (+) Good location and easy to get to most places in Hobart. Comfortable bed, fridge in room, flat screen tv. 100mb of free internet Breakfast (additional charge) on first floor was a convenient hot buffet with many options.
Cons (-) No safe in room. Elevators/lifts are under renovation (as of Feb 2016). Only one was operational which meant it took a long time. Stairs were a much better option. 100mb of free internet goes pretty quickly
