Pros (+) Location and service is great. The gentleman at the front desk was a delight. Phillip I believe. The rooms have plenty of room and beach is literally right outside just steps away.
Cons (-) Could use some updates but for the price it is a value and I keep coming back.

Pros (+) The couple that owns it is very nice. Walking distance to the beach.
Cons (-) Towels are paper thin. No coffee in rooms. Kitchenette not fully stocked. blanket was stained and ripped. There is virtually no other staff besides the couple that owns it. Office was not open enough ...

Pros (+) I got a bang for my bucks! The room was pretty neat and clean, peaceful, and it was only a few steps from the beach.
Cons (-) If I had to rate the comfort of the bed between 1 - 10, I would have to say it was a 3. I woke up with neck and lower back pains.
