Cons (-) Could not get adequate towels despite repeated requests. Tiny room, no space to hang out, difficult for three adults to move about in the room. No bedside lamps. Bath towel had a ragged hole in it!

Pros (+) I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the convenient location.
Cons (-) There were no full-length mirrors! This is a problem for me--and I imagine other not-tall travelers, because I couldn't get close enough the one mirror in the room to apply makeup. The shower leaked and the toilet made weird noises. The hallways did not seem to have any kind of noise absorption--you could very clearly hear everything that every said, even when they weren't being loud. The cleaning...
