Lakewood Church was across the street no need to fight the traffic
Typical for the south mold & mildew issues in our room. In AC vent & bathroom ceiling. We weren’t in the room long enough for this issue to ruin our trip.
We had booked a room with two queen beds which they did not have and instead gave us a king with rollaway bed. Not comfortable.
There was an awesome employee there named Van, but nothing else.
No hot water, horrible parking, dirty rooms, and awful customer service the next morning.
Cleanliness, location and comfort
The barista was rude to my party and other customers and verbalized she didn't want to be at work that day.
Not nearly what we expected...
Room was fine
Smell of sewage throughout the facility...starting in the parking garage, into the lobby and worst in the hallways to the room. Baseboards in hallways were rotting/coming loose from walls. Dirty dishes from room service sitting outside a room down the hall the night we arrived, then still there when we were checking out the day at 11:15am.
Staff were not always helpful. Shower was broken
It was close to downtown and other places we needed to go to. Clean hotel. Gave us clean towels on the second day. Quiet.
No free breakfast and parking was $18 a night. No free wifi! Wifi was $13 a night.
Decent for a short stay
Decent price. Good clean room.
Noise from the highway kept me up. $18 for self-parking seems steep for Houston. Dining options at the hotel were mediocre.
Wifi is an extra cost
