Pros (+) Easy passenger ferries over to the wharf in Boston.
Pros (+) The staff were wonderful. Hotel was in a great location and fit all our needs. Wonderful stay....
Cons (-) Pool was too cloudy...Everything else was fantastic..
Pros (+) Lady at the front desk gave us complimentary breakfast because a sliding door in the room didn't work well.
Cons (-) I was charged $10 to my cred card after checking out. Not sure why. I was not made aware of what the charge was for at the time of check out or even anytime after. Haven't had time to call and ask why. My only guess is maybe a late check out fee? If so, check out is at 11am and we checked out at 11:03. So if that's the reason for the charge, its a pretty petty one.
